Administration Support

Christchurch Based
Jeffs Vehicle Deliveries LTD operates a fleet of over 40 heavy vehicles used to deliver vehicles nationwide. The company requires the services of a person to be responsible for the efficient, accurate, timely and careful processing of all credit collection and administration functions.
You will be reporting to the administration manager and therefore will be required to have a strong understanding of debtors creditors, collections, banking and reconciliations as well as the ability and desire to work within a fast paced and growing organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and eager to learn new skills while working in a business surrounded by passionate driven people.

The following skills and experience would be an advantage for this position:

Familiar with the transport industry
Excellent time management skills
Computer skills in word, excel and outlook
A high level of literacy and accuracy
The right attitude and the ability to relate to people of all levels
Strong understanding of debtors and creditors

Jeffs Vehicle Deliveries Ltd has a long history of industry training and is looking to give preference to drivers who have or are in the process of gaining a National Certificate in Commercial Road Transport or a similar driver programme.

We are always interested in talking to self motivated, safety conscious qualified drivers with licence classes 1 – 5 and an OSH approved forklift certificate.

Successful applicants for any available positions, will need to pass a driving assessment and pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
